L&D professionals can either embrace it or allow the opportunity to pass them by. In fact, it has already seen proven value when incorporated into the vILT training method mentioned above, as facilitators push content, games, or networking activities directly to learners via their phones, converting mobile devices into a learning tool rather than a distraction. This style of blended learning provides a wide variety of opportunities for trainers, learners, and peers to connect and engage with the material they are charged with internalizing in modern and relevant ways.

Whether we are aware of it or not, AI is increasingly becoming a more influential part of our lives.
