Milissa leads a team responsible for the design and development of the company’s sales strategy across Clarity Consultant’s expanding client base. Her expertise in building high performance organizations is key in helping clients unleash the potential of their talent and align with their business strategies. Before Clarity Consultants, Milissa served as CSO, SVP, and VP for staffing and professional services firms providing enterprise-wide solutions for Global Top 500 as well as the Fortune 500.
