Herb Tieger

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

President and Chief Executive Officer

Herb Tieger oversees all aspects of Clarity Consultants. He is responsible for shaping the company’s growth strategy and brand presence and overseeing its entry into new markets. Herb launched Clarity Consultants in April 1993, and he has positioned the company as a highly regarded resource and national leader in the professional services arena.

Prior to launching Clarity Consultants, Herb held several leadership positions at CDI Corporation. As the western regional vice president, he oversaw the company’s operations, training, and development.

Herb earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and a J.D. in Corporate Law from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Miles McGinley

Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer

Miles McGinley leads Clarity’s business planning and growth initiatives. His responsibilities also include overseeing teams across finance, accounting, HR and IT. Miles joined Clarity in 2018 as Vice President, Strategy.

Prior to joining Clarity, Miles worked for Northwestern University’s investment office, covering private equity, venture capital and real estate investments for the university’s $11 billion endowment. Before Northwestern, Miles was an analyst in the investment banking division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Miles graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern University with a B.A. in both economics and mathematical methods in the social sciences. Miles holds an MBA with Honors from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and is a CFA charterholder.

Lindsey Gacanovic

VP, Consultant Services

Lindsey’s responsibilities include developing targeted recruiting and capability strategies, establishing a network of elite Learning and Development consultants, developing consultant engagement relations, driving organizational priorities, and maintaining a thorough understanding of training and development trends.

Lindsey began her tenure at Clarity in an operations role where she managed the logistics of onboarding consultants as well as recruiting. She has moved up through the organization gaining increasing responsibilities as well as a greater passion for the Training and Development industry.

Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from San Diego State University in Business Administration and went on to earn an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.

Christina Ngo

VP, FINANCE

Vice President, Finance

Christina Ngo handles all aspects of Clarity Consultants’ financial functions, including controllership, financial planning and analysis, payroll, tax, and audits. She previously served as accounting manager. In that role, she was responsible for implementing the processes and systems needed to support company growth and daily financial operations.

Prior to joining Clarity, Christina held several leadership positions at a large Silicon Valley technical staffing provider. She managed payroll for more than 2,000 contract employees, oversaw collections, and processed internal payroll.

Christina received her B.A. in Finance from San Jose State University.

Bree Ochsner is VP, National Accounts and has been with Clarity Consultants for the last 8 years. She oversees our Fortune 1000 national partnerships and is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships. We support our clients by providing highly-qualified professionals that create, develop, and deliver high-impact learning and development solutions.

Brenda McNabb

VP, Service and Development

VP, Service and Development

Brenda is the VP of Service and Development at Clarity and a contributing member to maintaining and innovating Clarity’s service offerings to corporate and academic clients as well as Learning & Development consulting communities in the US, Canada and the UK. She is also the Senior member of Clarity’s internal L&D and employee talent development team, heading up internal training programs.

Prior to joining Clarity, Brenda was the Lead Recruiter for Google's Strategy & Business Operations, Corporate Development, and New Business Development teams. Prior to that, Brenda was a Californian Registered Environmental Assessor and Sr. Project Manager working in environmental consulting.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies with a Minor in Economics and is a member of the Association for Talent Development.

Vivian Thoi

VP, Accounting Operations

VP, Accounting Operations

Vivian Thoi oversees all billing, payroll, and credit collection operations at Clarity. To help drive business objectives, Vivian evaluates department processes, procedures, and workflows. She is responsible for general ledger preparation and financial reporting as well as oversees new accounting system launches and implementation.

Prior to joining Clarity, Vivian’s experience includes over 10 years of accounting in a variety of industries, focusing on handling all payroll and commission functions.

Vivian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from San Jose State University and received certifications in payroll, income tax, and real estate.
