A leading waste services company was installing a new procurement software system that required instructor-led training at numerous sites across the United States.
Opportunity
Many training resources were needed to meet the system’s aggressive implementation timetable. Clarity provided three facilitators with experience leading software training classes.
Results
The facilitators conducted half-day training on the new procurement system at client locations across the country. The facilitators typically conducted one week of training at a site followed by one week of onsite support. The support was an online chat site where the facilitators responded quickly to end user questions and provided one-on-one coaching as required.
