ResultsDuring the nine-month project, the consultant interviewed many subject matter experts (SMEs), including project managers, quality control experts, engineers, and health and safety specialists. The consultant worked closely with a supervisor, drafting and editing detailed procedures based on input from dozens of stakeholders. By the project’s end, the manual had been revised several times to incorporate suggestions from SMEs in a wide range of fields. Company executives were pleased with the project’s success, highlighting the open lines of communication between the consultant and Cameron employees.
