We are working with our client to locate an experienced Instructional Designer / Onboarding Consultant to design a cohesive, scalable 90-day standardized onboarding program for a rapidly growing healthcare organization with over 100 offices nationwide. Currently, onboarding varies significantly by location and relies heavily on informal, manager-led training and shadowing. This initiative aims to modernize and standardize onboarding to ensure consistent employee readiness, role proficiency, and a high-quality new-hire experience across all offices. The consultant will partner closely with the client’s L&D Manager to assess existing materials, recommend an effective onboarding strategy, and design role-specific learning pathways.
