Timothy is an instructional designer with a solid background in the instructional design process; including developing objectives, evaluating training, instructional strategies, learning theories, media selection, working with SME’s and assessment in developing print-based and on-line delivery. His education includes a master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design from Penn State University.

Sampling of Projects

• At Time Warner Cable, Timothy developed instructor-led training, user guides, soft skill eLearning and managed/updated technical manuals for course materials. Developed multiple forms of training for personnel to assist in the transition to new technology solution utilizing tools such as Flash, HTML, XML, LMS, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• At The Nielson Company, Timothy completed updates for several hundred training modules 33% faster than contracted allowing time for development of dynamic Flash templates for future use. Worked effectively with subject matter experts, and team to develop new training courses and utilized software programming, and rich media development expertise to improve existing training.
