Stacey has 15 years of experience as a Learning and Organizational Development Consultant. She specializes in training project management, instructional design of instructor-led training and interactive eLearning incorporating video and simulations. Clients include Sara Lee International, 3M, Wells Fargo, SunGard, CNH Global, Cargill and US Bank. Stacey’s experience also includes overseeing all aspects of global and large-scale training development and implementation projects. These include High Impact Learning methodologies, learning assessment and evaluation (including ROI analysis), competency modeling and eLearning development.

Sampling of Projects
  • For Bank of America, Stacey managed a High Impact Learning evaluation project. Her work included conducting interviews and administering surveys with select participants, analyzing the results, and preparing and presenting an executive summary of key findings and recommendations.
  • For US Bank, Stacey served as a Project Manager for the Wealth Management group. In this role she provided overall needs assessment, identified gaps and needs, and assisted with curriculum design.
  • For Chiquita, Stacey functioned as the Project lead for a new strategy communication implementation. This included collaborating with various locations for facilitator training and supporting the rollout at all locations.
