Sri has over 10 years of experience as an Instructional Designer and Learning Program Developer for companies such as US Cellular, Abbott Laboratories, Baxter Healthcare, Deloitte, Motorola and Accenture. His work includes designing and developing learning programs for use for call centers and customer support ticketing systems. Sri has expert-level skills with several eLearning development tools including Captivate as well as advanced skills with both JavaScript and HTML. In addition to his professional experience, Sri holds two master’s degrees.

Sampling of Projects

• For Northern Trust, Sri designed and developed interactive eLearning modules with software simulations for a customer support system.
• For Aflac, Sri developed training programs for call center systems navigation and workflow for sales support applications.
• For Amazon, Sri worked with the Transaction Risk Management Services (TRMS) group to develop learning system strategies to create simulations and gamification based eLearning for investigators in fraud prevention.
