Lisa is a strategic Learning Consultant with more than 18 years of experience. She is well-versed in the strategic planning and execution of corporate learning initiatives, with specialties in sales enablement and leadership development. As a result, she is very comfortable working with senior level employees, and has worked with a number of clients including Deloitte, Cisco and Wells Fargo. Her accolades include six eLearning awards, and also recognition by Learning Solutions magazine for expertise in designing learning solutions for the global market.

  • For VMWare, Lisa helped redefine the sales enablement strategy. building and managing the first on-demand, mobile learning program. Individuals who attended this program increased their average deal size by 58%.
  • For ServiceNow, Lisa developed and executed several sales enablement initiatives aimed a tripling company revenue. These included developing a new hire on-boarding curriculum targeted exclusively to sales managers, a certification workshop for field sales, and a business planing workshop targeted a Senior Directors.
  • For UPS, Lisa designed an immersive, classroom-based simulation for senior executive leaders. The simulation also challenged executives to think strategically, make sound business decisions and lead organizational change.
