Amy has more than 10 years of experience as a highly experienced learning professional serving companies such as Dell, Intel, Robert Half, UnitedHealth and NetSuite. She has created customer-facing technical training, business process and technical (software) training, compliance training, and much more. She brings a creative approach to training often building courses with branching, scenarios, games and other engaging elements. She is highly skilled in Adobe products and tools, and a variety of eLearning development tools including Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia and others. She is also experienced with HTML, JavaScript and multiple Learning Management Systems. Amy has completed Business Administration coursework at University of Wisconsin and holds several technical certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Professional, and Microsoft Certified Trainer.
