Clarity’s Consultant Shares Expertise with Wholesale Grocer
Unified Grocers, the largest retailer-owned wholesale grocery cooperative in the western United States, wanted to distribute mission-critical company information online. Management decided to use SharePoint® to implement this strategy.
Because this was the first time that the company had used SharePoint, its employees and retail store managers needed training. Clarity provided a consultant with SharePoint experience to develop instruction manuals to facilitate end user training.
The consultant met with management frequently to assist with product review, customization, testing, and implementation. The consultant wrote manuals that described system features and tools and provided step-by-step processes and navigation, and the company decided to load them onto a website. After a detailed revision process, the courseware was piloted and implemented as both instructor-led training and eLearning.
Clarity enabled the client to:

• Make company data available in an easily updated format.
