Ogbe has an Economics Degree from Columbia University and 13+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM), Consulting, and Project Management experience. As an Organizational Change Management Consultant, he has partnered with COOs, CIOs, and senior leaders across major firms, including HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Deloitte, Capital One, and Fannie Mae to deliver enterprise-wide changes. He has extensive experience building Change Plans (Readiness Assessments, Communication, Sponsorship, Training, & Resistance Management). He applies Prosci ADKAR® Model, OCM Processes, Agile/Waterfall, & Lean Sigma Methodologies and he delivers End-to-End Program Management (Initiation, Planning, Design, Test/Train, Execution, Go Live, Closure).

Sampling of Projects
  • For Accenture/Aegon, Ogbe led the project implementation of a $75 million front office, accounting, ops, and compliance system. He applied well-defined change management frameworks to manage the Design, Build, UAT, Go Live, & Post Go-Live phases for integrating the new system, and retiring five legacy systems.
  • For HSBC, Ogbe conducted a global change assessment of HSBC’s customer onboarding and financing processes, working closely with all business units and facilitating the identification and assessment of risk across the organization.
  • For State Street Global Markets, Ogbe led a global assessment of the firm’s compliance structure. He examined the firm’s procedures, controls and policies for onboarding customers, CIP, CDD, EDD, and OFAC checks.
