Brent has over 25 years of experience in the fields of Executive, Leadership, and Organizational Development. Before beginning his consulting career, Brent served as the Global Director of Executive and Leadership Development, Global Director of Executive Mentoring and Succession Planning, Global Director of Executive Assessment, Leadership Instructor, and Global Alliance Executive for a healthcare company. Approximately 10 years ago, Brent changed directions and began consulting.
Brent now specializes in creating highly customized and tailored talent optimization strategies for both individuals and organizations. His clients vary from individuals to global organizations with over 240,000 employees. Brent can offer a full array of talent development services including talent assessment, strategy development, courseware and program development, high impact facilitation, personal coaching, and numerous executive focused offerings.
