Cleveland Clinic

Summary

Cleveland may be home to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, but you don’t have to have the rocking pneumonia or the boogie woogie flu to visit another Cleveland institution: The Cleveland Clinic. The heart of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, the not-for-profit hospital has more than 1,400 beds at its main campus and more than 4,500 beds throughout the system. It specializes in cardiac care, digestive disease treatment, and urological and kidney care, along with medical education and research opportunities. The Cleveland Clinic Foundation network — also known as the Cleveland Clinic Health System — operates eight community hospitals and more than 75 northern Ohio outpatient locations.
